ON-SITE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP)

Some Action In Our Service

On-site execution rules adhered to by LQC inspectors: strict compliance with checklists, multi-tiered carton sampling, and exhaustive golden sample cross-verification.

RULE #1ISO Representative

RANDOM CARTONS SELECTION AND SAMPLING

Mandatory StandardStrict representative sampling across the warehouse with safety first.

Execution Checkpoints

1The selection should be as random and representative as possible across all pallets and stacks.
2If the selection cannot be realized fully randomly and representatively, inspector should indicate a comment in the report such as 'difficult access to the cartons, selection could not be performed randomly'.
3Inspector MUST take pictures before and after the cartons selection for undeniable verification.
4Safety needs to be considered during carton selection; inspector shall avoid stepping on cartons or exposing himself or factory workers to any hazard.
Why It Matters To You

Prevents factories from staging pre-selected 'golden cartons' on outer perimeters while hiding defective lots inside.

Every step is recorded with high-resolution photos and video timestamps.
RULE #2Side-by-Side Proof

INSPECTION STEP COMPARE APPROVED SAMPLE

Mandatory StandardPiece-by-piece benchmarking against client-approved golden samples.

Execution Checkpoints

1Approved sample: always use the sample provided by factory, even if no client's signature / stamp / seal on it, and indicate a clear remark in the inspection report.
2Any difference between the approved sample and the inspected goods MUST be recorded in the inspection report without exception.
3Comparison pictures (side-by-side) MUST be inserted in the report to give buyers indisputable visual clarity.
Why It Matters To You

Guarantees mass production matches the approved prototype in color tone, tactile feel, build craftsmanship, and finish.

Every step is recorded with high-resolution photos and video timestamps.
RULE #3Zero Shortcut Policy

TESTING CONDUCT DURING INSPECTION

Mandatory StandardStrict checklist & SOP adherence with inspector-executed tests.

Execution Checkpoints

1Inspector must test the products strictly according to the LQC checklist and the customer's SOP.
2Inspector must NOT shortcut any test and perform the whole sampling size indicated for each test.
3If inspector cannot perform the test on site, Inspector should report the reason immediately to Operations Manager and CSE and indicate it in report.
4ALWAYS start with long time tests (any test longer than 30 minutes) at the very beginning of inspection.
5Inspector must do all tests by himself (not by factory employees) or closely monitor them if performed by factory on specialized equipment.
Why It Matters To You

Eliminates factory manipulation, confirming genuine real-world safety, endurance, and operational reliability.

Every step is recorded with high-resolution photos and video timestamps.
RULE #4Defect Quarantine

WORKMANSHIP CHECKING

Mandatory StandardDedicated segregated inspection zone protecting inspected goods.

Execution Checkpoints

1Inspector must NOT shortcut the workmanship; full sampling size MUST be inspected meticulously.
2Inspector must prepare the inspection area to be able to separate good and defective products and to protect the inspected products during any manipulation.
3A fully random and representative sampling selection must be realized. If it cannot be done, inspector indicates a comment in inspection report.
Why It Matters To You

Protects goods from cosmetic damage while guaranteeing rejected defective units are quarantined from re-entering the good batch.

Every step is recorded with high-resolution photos and video timestamps.
