LQC Detailed Service Scope
Inspector must take care of the sample(s) picking in the morning and ask the factory to contact the express company in advance. Parcel should be sent before inspector leaves the factory. Samples must be selected according to clients' requirements and sealed with LQC stickers. Sticker must be added on the parcel with detailed information: client name, reference number, inspection date, inspector's name, quantity collected. Inspector puts one fill-in picking form inside the carton box and sticks one on the main side. Pictures of sealed samples and parcel with courier tracking number must be taken before dispatch.
Kiểm định viên LQC thực hiện việc lấy mẫu vào buổi sáng ngay khi đến xưởng và yêu cầu xưởng liên hệ công ty chuyển phát nhanh từ sớm để kiện hàng được gửi đi trước khi kiểm định viên rời xưởng. Mẫu được chọn theo đúng yêu cầu khách hàng, dán tem niêm phong bảo mật của LQC ghi đầy đủ: tên khách hàng, mã tham chiếu, ngày kiểm định, tên kiểm định viên và số lượng thu thập. Một phiếu Picking Form được đặt bên trong thùng và dán một bản ngoài mặt chính của thùng. Chụp hình đầy đủ mẫu niêm phong và mã vận đơn chuyển phát trước khi chuyển về văn phòng hoặc phòng thí nghiệm.
